How team Zevamp is leveraging AI? 

• We hold the view that no company should oppose AI, and exploring its potential through experimentation is crucial.

• Specific content types within certain sectors necessitate rapid AI generation. We typically recommend clients with such needs leverage AI for quick content creation.

• Recently, we implemented this approach for a news agency's LinkedIn content, and the outcome was impressive. Ultimately, the focus is on delivering value to the audience, achieving the desired impact with the content, and adhering to the platform's standards where the content is shared.

As a team, we were strict with our AI usage guidelines initially, prohibiting it in any way. However, post witnessing the industry advancements and validating the genuine issues faced by the writers, we decided to make some alterations in our processes along with internally designing and introducing additional AI-based tools at Zevamp.

Here are a few key pointers about the same:

1) We are building internal tools leveraging AI to speed up our operations.

Example: We recently worked on a tool to easily repurpose blog topics into 10+ formats (LinkedIn posts, reel scripts, quizzes, etc.).

2) We use AI to refine our writer guidelines.

3) Improving Customer Experience with personalized messaging using AI.  

4) Using AI-based tools like Grammarly for refining and formatting the content to enhance quality.

5) Using tools like originality.ai and various reverse engineering methods to detect and verify AI-generated text. 

6) Using AI to get inspiration for catchy titles, headings, and subtopics for a blog/article and using our internal tools to generate meta titles, meta descriptions, content calendars, etc.

7) Using our internal methods to leverage AI in our SEO strategies.

8) Using tools like Canva and Midjourney to create copyright-free, relevant images for blogs.

Team Zevamp sincerely conveys to our writers that they refrain from using AI for writing any section of the content.

The core reason lies that most organizations expect a high value content while collaborating with Zevamp which has a strategic approach and incorporates accurate quality measures. Currently, none of the AI tools are as capable as what you as a creator can ideate. We have observed that compared to our creators, AI content is too generic and lacks subject matter expertise/opinions.

Please note the following:

1) Writers are supposed to incorporate their experience and subject matter expertise/research to write content at Zevamp. The human touch is irreplaceable by any technological tool in content writing.

2) We focus on high-value content, primary research, and understanding readers' persona while creating our content – which requires much more effort than simply generating it using a tool. We have internally created communities at Zevamp, serving multiple domains like Real estate, web3, entertainment, healthcare, etc. Just to ensure that the content is written by someone experienced and not vaguely.

3) Please note that content spinning and or paraphrasing is strictly prohibited.

4) All writers get a dedicated POC for every project they do with 24*7 support for smooth project delivery and to get their doubts cleared, if any.

5) Using AI tools for conducting significant research on any topic is also NOT allowed since the tools have limited data and may produce factually incorrect results. This can cause adversities, especially in sensitive blogs related to healthcare, finance, etc.

ACTIONS/TERMINATION:

• Any content that violates the guidelines is returned for revision and addressed until the problem is resolved.
  

• Writers repeating these malpractices will be terminated without notice.
